Q: Why are your products so cheap?
A: I work directly with distributors in order to get the cheapest price possible (and honestly, I think nail products are already so expensive, so why add to it?). I believe that buying nail stones and charms should not be as expensive as they sell it in store, so when you shop with me, I don't need to pay rent for an actual physical store, thus making my products cheaper.
Q: Your store doesn't sell what I'm looking for. Do/Can you sell this product ?

Q: What are your return and exchange policy?
A: Unfortunately, I do not do any refunds or exchange. Please double check your order before placing it. There will be no cancellations or refunds after the order has been placed. If there is a problem with the product at arrival, take a photo of it and send me a message at email@example.com.
Q: How long shipping? I need the items urgently!
A: Processing the order normally takes 1-2 business days. Depending on where you live, shipping may take 2-14 business days in Canada. If you need an item urgently, there is express shipping available and you can feel free to message me on instagram or email to let me know !
Q: How long does local delivery take?
A: Processing the order normally take 1-2 business days. Depending on where you live, local delivery may take 2-5 business days. Since, I personally do the delivery myself, you can DM me on IG @icinailsupply or email me at firstname.lastname@example.org to tell me that you need it by a specific date, and I can see how I can accommodate to your needs.
Q: When are your hours of operation?
A: 24/7! You can place an order any time of the day at the store. But if you're asking when I fulfull and ship out orders, they are usually from Monday to Friday. Depending on the volume of orders, fulfillment and processing will take 1-2 business days and shipments are done on Fridays.
