Blending Fluid

Use with Apres Artist, ArtInk to mix and layer colours!

Directions: Pour fluid into a separate mixing bowl to use. USe brush to apply fluid to use. Use brush to apply fluid to dried ArtInk on matte nail surface and brush in a circular motion to disperse and blend ArtInk to create watercolor, marble and gradient design effects!

Ingredients: Alcohol, Acetone
